Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy - meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please email hello@planetofwax.co.uk and let us know your order number, the name of the product(s) that you'd like to return and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and details of where to send your return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Please contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can investigate further and help make things right.
Exchanges
In order for us to be able to maintain a quick turnaround, we don't process exchanges. The quickest way to ensure that you get the product(s) that you require is to return the product(s) that you wish to exchange. Once the return is approved by us, please make a new order for the product(s) that you require instead.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if a refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for it to show back in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at and we'll be able to look into this for you.
We recommend that returns are sent back to us via a tracked service to ensure safe delivery back to Planet Wax Co. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be approved and returns not received back to us will not be refunded.
